Some updates on in-game policies & more

Dear Players,

I would like to update you all on a few things.

First of all, the in-game rules have been rewritten, you can find them there: https://dr-int.eu/guide/rules
The biggest changes are the followings:

• Clarification on prohibited Third-Party Softwares

• Use of Third-Party Softwares, Cheating and Hacking tools will now result in a Permanent Ban, even on the first offense.

Then, I would like to address the "cheating problem" many of you have messaged me about.

I often check for cheaters. Afaik, evertime someone asks me to check someone else, I go and check. However, unless my tools detect something, I will not act as I can't act on vibes only. I am, however, actively working on improving my detection tools. So if anybody is really cheating, I will eventually catch them.

I also would like to clarify something regarding the Death Recap. The Death Recap displays one line per hit. So spells and skills hitting multiple times will show up as multiple hits at the same time.
Example : Extreme Ice does 8 hit maximum (16 if double). If you get hit by a full Extreme Ice, the Death Recap will show up 8 hits (or more if it's a double) at the same time.

One last thing regarding "cheats" and "hacks". Remember that what you see on your screen isn't a full representation of what's happening. Because you don't see someone hitting you with a full ex on your screen does not mean they have not. Remember a lot of things are not properly synchronized in this game unfortunately. That's a limitation due to how the game was made. I'm trying to improve things on that end but it's a lot of work.

Regarding the suspicion of some players using bots in the Local War, I am taking the issue very seriously and I will act upon it if it appears to be true. Any player found botting in the Local War will be hit with a permanent ban as botting is considered Third Party software. You have been warned.

Another thing, I will recruit 2 RC players in the upcoming days. One for Vyseus and one for Zypern. These players will be given a RC Character and will have the duty to help us moderate the ingame environment. They will help us check that people are properly respecting the in-game rules in the different game events and they will also be there if you need in-game assistance.

Finally, I am working hard on trying to find solutions to everyone's problems. If you have issues in the game, you can come talk to me on Discord, I will always read what you send me and I will try to reply if I can. I want to make DRG the best play to play Dragon Raja. So please, do not hesitate and come talk to me if there is anything you think is wrong with the game. But also please understand that I'm human and that I can't solve every problems by just snapping fingers.
